Carpet cleaning
Vacuuming picks up dry soil, but it leaves the oily residue from cooking, pets and outdoor dirt that dulls carpet and holds onto allergens. We use Rotovac rotary jet extraction, which scrubs the fiber from every direction and rinses that residue out.

Before we arrive
Please vacuum if you can, and move breakables and heavy pieces like china cabinets, entertainment centers and pianos. We'll move and replace small furniture.
Pet stain and odor removal
Rental machines push pet urine deeper and leave the smell behind. We treat the spot and the odor, then extract it out of the carpet and pad.

Upholstery and furniture cleaning
Couches, sectionals, recliners and dining chairs. We inspect for permanent stains or damage before we start, then clean to the fabric's care code and walk you through the result.
- Check the fabric and quote by size and material
- Vacuum and pre-treat spots
- Pre-spray with a detergent made for that fabric, then let it work
- Rinse with conditioner and extract
Between cleanings: blot spills right away, vacuum or brush weekly, flip cushions so they wear evenly, and keep furniture out of direct sun.
Tile and grout cleaning
By the time grout looks dirty, it's holding layers of soil, bacteria and mineral deposits that a mop can't reach. Our rotary tile and grout system scrubs and extracts tile, stone, concrete and grout so it looks close to new, without replacing the floor.
Bleach spot color repair
Bleach spots come from more than bleach: bathroom and tile cleaners, acne creams, pool chemicals, laundry products and even shampoo left too long can strip color. We neutralize the chemical and dye the missing color back in, so the spot is hard to find. No need to replace a whole carpet over a few spots.

Some companies advertise a low price, then add charges for things you assumed were included. Our carpet prices are posted.
Method matters
Bonnet, dry foam and dry compound are maintenance methods. Only hot water extraction has a rinse step that leaves carpet as residue-free as possible.
Equipment isn't enough on its own
Ask how technicians are trained. Ours attend courses, seminars and schools to keep up with cleaning technology.
Waiting longer doesn't save money
Dirt grinds fibers down like sandpaper. Cleaning every 6 to 18 months helps carpet last.

What makes the Rotovac different from a regular carpet wand?
A regular wand only scrubs back and forth, and the result depends on how hard the person pushing it can work. The Rotovac PowerWand is a motorized rotary head that scrubs the carpet from every direction with hundreds of cleaning passes a minute, so it lifts the soil and traffic-lane shadowing a manual wand leaves behind and it doesn't get tired halfway through the job.
How long does carpet take to dry?
Usually 2 to 6 hours, depending on humidity, weather and airflow. You can walk on it right away, but keep traffic light until it's fully dry.
Are your cleaning products safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use nontoxic, biodegradable, phosphate-free products that are safe for children and pets.
Do you move furniture?
We'll move and put back small furniture. Please clear breakables and knick-knacks first. We don't move pianos and other musical instruments, grandfather clocks, most beds, full china hutches or bookshelves, entertainment centers or pool tables, and our technicians can decline any piece they don't feel comfortable moving.
Will every stain come out?
Most spots will. A spot sits on or around the carpet fiber and comes out with normal cleaning. A true stain has soaked into the fiber and changed its color, and some of those can't be fully removed. We pre-inspect every job and tell you up front what we can and can't do, so there are no surprises. For bleach spots, we also offer carpet color repair.
Should I vacuum before you arrive?
Yes, please. Regular vacuuming is the best thing you can do for your carpet between cleanings, and a quick pass before we arrive helps.
Does the Rotovac work on all types of carpet?
It has a pile-height adjustment, so it works on all carpet installed over pad and most commercial glue-down carpet.
How often should carpet and upholstery be cleaned?
The industry standard is every 6 to 18 months for carpet, depending on kids, pets and foot traffic. For upholstery we suggest every other time you clean your carpet. Dirt acts like sandpaper on fibers, so regular cleaning helps carpet last longer.
Does cleaning make carpet wear out faster?
No. Trapped dirt is abrasive and wears fibers down. Removing it reduces wear.
Should I put protector on after cleaning?
Most carpet manufacturers recommend reapplying protector after professional cleaning to restore stain resistance, and some require it for the warranty. Ask us about it when you book.
My carpet is old. Should I just replace it?
Try a professional cleaning first. It costs far less than new carpet, and many of our customers are surprised how much life is left in carpet they thought was ruined.
Will cleaning help with allergies?
Deep cleaning removes dust, pet dander and other allergens that settle deep in carpet and upholstery, which makes for a friendlier breathing environment.
